The first sessions last 60 minutes, each session after that 30-45 minutes and they take place in a safe, comfortable environment while you remain fully clothed. This ensures you feel relaxed and able to focus entirely on the process of release and reconnection. We don’t rush. We don’t push. So you feel seen, heard, and cared for at every step.

  • Releasing physical and emotional tension, step by step, without rush or pressure.

  • Palpation and Postural Assessment:
    We’ll examine your posture and gently palpate your spine to identify any blockages in key areas. These areas correspond to various organs and are essential for evaluating the overall state of your body and nervous system.
  • Access Point Application:
    Using specific access points along your spine, we’ll stimulate tension release and restore the natural energy flow. These points are carefully selected based on your individual needs and the initial evaluation.
  • Inducing the Spinal Wave:
    Through gentle touch techniques, we’ll facilitate the appearance of the spinal wave—a natural phenomenon that helps release accumulated stress and promotes healing. This wave is crucial for restoring balance within your nervous system.
  • Observation and Integration:
    We’ll monitor your body’s responses and adjust the techniques as needed, ensuring the process feels comfortable and effective for you.
  • Post-Session Recommendations:
    At the end of the session, I’ll provide you with advice and simple exercises you can do at home to maintain and amplify the benefits achieved during the session.
